NBM was officially established on 18 December 2025 as a joint venture between the Brunei government and Network Cross Trade Line LTD, marking a new chapter for shipping and logistics in Brunei.
Headquartered in Brunei Darussalam, NBM is positioned at the heart of Southeast Asia's maritime routes and is focused on supporting national trade growth, economic diversification, and lower logistics costs for Bruneian businesses.
